4 bedroom private home nestled back on a forested road sleeping up to 8 adults or families up to 10. Park above property and walk down steps to enter this home into the foyer. The 1st bedroom and bathroom are on this level as well as a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Portable Window A/C on this level. Enjoy the fresh White Mountain Air on the open deck with sitting options. 2nd level you'll find 2 more bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The Lower Level has the 4th bedroom as well as 2 futon couches for extra sleeping and a half bath. Walk out from this level to get the the fire pit for great family fun sitting, relaxing and laughing.
Waterville Estates Recreation Center offers one complimentary guest pass per property. This pass allows you to have additional guests for a fee up to $20/day for adults and $10 for children 8-17
There are also basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, plus a fun playground to entertain the children! One outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub! The Waterville Estate's Pond has a sandy beach, swim platform, and paddle boat rentals. Plenty to do for the entire family! Wireless Internet is also available at the Recreation Center!
Waterville Valley is only 10 minutes away, and if you are hoping to spice up your summer vacation with other options, Cannon and Loon are only 20 minutes away. All great family fun 4-season resorts! For those more inclined to t-shirt activities, there is plenty of golfing to choose from too- Owl's Nest less than 10 minutes away! Or Highland Links is 20 minutes away. There is also White Mountain Golf 25 minutes away. Great Family Resort that will keep you busy throughout your stay!

Staff was very friendly and trying to help, but unfortunately, the issue that we had with the property was not resolved.

We had only one shower for 8 people instead of two as the other one was not working. The property was clean and had everything we needed. If we had 2 working showered instead of one, would be much better and the property would meet our expectations.
Manager's response: Unfortunately, the shower's mixing valve failed causing low pressure and requires a plumber to fix. Due to the lack of plumbers, they were not able to come out till the next week. We work hard at solving issues when they seldomly arise but unfortunately, some are beyond our control. We are glad there was a working shower and the sink and toilet were working on the lower shower. The Owner did offer you a $50 refund for the inconvenience.

Overall, the rental was incredible. Very clean and tidy, had enough pots and pans for cooking plus the grill. Plenty of rooms and beds for larger groups. Truly is a great place to get away.

All of our Waterville Estates properties come with one complimentary pass to Recreation Center to use during their stay. Extra passes may be purchased through the Recreation Center for a daily fee. Children 7 & under are free.
