Joel grew up outside of Boston and spent his summers at a family retreat in New Hampshire’sLakes Region. He is a graduate of Plymouth State University and has stuck around ever since. When he’s not at work, you can find him soaking up the best of New Hampshire’s outdoors, whether it’s boating in the summer or hitting the slopes in winter. Joel and his wife love taking trips across the USA to adventures in Europe and the Caribbean. With a lifelong interest for buildings, homes, and properties, he’s excited to be part of the All Mountain Rentals team.

Kelsey has been calling the White Mountains home her whole life but has also been lucky enough to travel most of New England, Quebec, and New Brunswick. When she’s not working you can find her spending time with her fur babies, doing arts and crafts, enjoying one of the many attractions around the area, or off on a new adventure! Kelsey has a love for helping people and making people's experiences the best they can possibly be. Kelsey is very excited to have started her journey of working with the All Mountain Rentals team as a Rental Property Coordinator and can’t wait to see where it takes her.

Kristen was born and raised in the White Mountains and has briefly left to explore various options, but has always come back home again. She can be often found in the forest, at the ocean and anywhere between, usually with one or more children in tow. She loves animals, the outdoors, Halloween and traveling just about anywhere and is always on the lookout for a new adventure. Kristen is a problem solver and enjoys making the most difficult of situations right for our guests and owners and looks forward to helping create memories that will last a lifetime.

Anna recently moved to the White Mountains from the Concord area, but has been visiting the area since childhood. She enjoys the solace and rugged beauty of her beloved mountains, lakes, waterfalls and favorite trails. As an artist, the surroundings offer inspiration. She also enjoys traveling and has been fortunate enough to have visited many states as well as four other countries. She definitely considers herself a foodie and will happily make recommendations! Anna is newly married to her blackbelt firefighter and a proud mom of four. She enjoys working with people and looks forward to ensuring that our guests enjoy their stays with us and continue to return for an All Mountain Rentals experience year after year!

Maximilian Kent

     Maximilian Kent grew up in the White Mountains and loves to travel. He has had the privilege to see many parts of the US and stay at great vacation destinations with his loving family. He has an outgoing personality and benefits from being a professionally trained actor with years of entertaining audiences on-stage and on-screen. He loves to work with guests to bring great vacation memories they will never forget. Maximilian has extensive knowledge of New Hampshire and loves exploration of the granite state. As the Vacation Customer Relations and Marketing Director, Maximilian is excited to be a go-to person to help all our guests of All Mountain Rentals book their next visit.

 Rona grew up in Maine and later went on to raise her family in Rhode Island. Having spent the majority of her career in finance and becoming an empty nester, she decided to fast-track her dream of building a house in the White Mountains with her Husband. In her spare time, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, floating down the Pemi River, and exploring her new home state. She has spent over 8 years in and out of NH finding hidden gems for hiking, food, and shopping. With an outgoing personality and a love for meeting new people she is excited to share her knowledge of the White Mountains with all guests.
