COVID-19 UPDATE COVID-19 UPDATE as of April, 2021:
Per New Hampshire State Stay-At-Home Orders, ammended April 2021, Hotels, Motels, B&B’s, Cabin Communities and similar accommodations open to the public, including short-term rentals, may accept reservations by phone, online, or in person from domestic travelers. Reservations may also be accepted for visitors who have traveled internationally (outside of the U.S., except for essential travel to/from Canada) or by cruise ship and have met the 10 day quarantine requirement. NOTE: Those who have traveled internationally or by cruise ship do NOT need to quarantine for 10 days or get tested for COVID-19 if either of the following apply:
1. You are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and more than 14 days have passed since you received the second dose of your COVID-19 vaccine.
2. You have previously tested positive for active COVID-19 infection (by PCR or antigen testing) in the last 90 days (if you had a previous infection that was more than 90 days ago, you must still follow all quarantine requirements)
Operators should require a copy of a driver’s license or a signed document from international guest(s) attesting that all the person(s) staying at the lodging facility have remained at a home for at least 10 days before arriving in New Hampshire, only going out for essential items and when outside of the home maintaining social distancing and wearing face masks when within less than 6 feet of another person during this 10 day “quarantine”. International guests should be made aware at the time of the reservation of the need for this requirement and signature Please refer to CDC guidelines here: https://www.covidguidance.nh.gov/welcome

Our emergency answering service will remain available after hours through which a staff member can be reached to provide emergency after hours services.
Contact-less key pick-ups are handled through the white box to the right of our front door. All keys/checks can be dropped off in our black drop off box.
