Waterville Estates Recreation Center offers one complimentary guest pass per property. This pass allows you to have additional guests for a fee up to $20/day for adults and $10 for children 8-17.
Summer brings many attractions with the swimming pond, walking trails, tennis, basketball, playground, and outdoor pool with several patio seats! Several NH Attractions within 30 minutes including Polar Caves in Plymouth, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Dinner Train, Ziplining, and Waterville Valley's several outdoor events and fireworks.
Waterville Valley Resort is only 15 minutes away with several family fun activities including golf, biking, shopping, hiking, year-round ice skating, and more! Lincoln and Franconia notch is less than 20 minutes away with several summer adventures awaiting!

The property was being worked on when I woke up Thursday morning I contacted the office and they offered to move me to another unit but after speaking with the construction crew they didn't come back the next day everybody was very accommodating. We would love to come back for another vacation

Waterville Estates is located at the Gateway of the White Mountains and offers a Recreation Center with Pools, Hot Tubs and Sauna, and a ski mountain in the Winter! All of our Waterville Estates properties come with one complimentary pass to Recreation Center to use during their stay. Extra passes may be purchased through the Recreation Center for a daily fee. Children 7 & under are free.
