Walk out your door for many hiking trails and enjoy the A/C mini split in the warmer summer months! Room for families of 7 with 3 bedrooms, plus a loft. Walk into the lower level with the Washer and Dryer Room. Find the TV and Family Room for kids to hang out! Walk up a flight of stairs to enter the main level. Here you'll find a newer fully equipped kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom with a king-size bed. Mountain views from the living area. The bedroom on the 3rd floor is off the loft with a Queen Bed and Futon.
Great summer activities are so close! Several fun hiking trails for all abilities on the Kanc! Loon Mountain is Close with ziplining over the Pemi River, Ropes Course, Mountain Bike Rentals, Scenic Gondola Ride to Loon Mountain Peak, Climbing Wall and so much more! Enjoy all the restaurants with outdoor seating and shops around town!
So many family fun NH Attractions so close including Whale's Tale Water Park, Clark's Trading Post, Dinner Train, Mini Golf, Lost River or drive over the scenic kanc with several stops to swimming holes and be in North Conway under hour!

My family and I just returned from our vacation getaway here. All I can say is wow. The layout of this property is perfect for. a family vacation. The location couldnt have been better. This property is so centrally located to the attractions that it made everything we did so stress free. Also, thankfully this property had air conditioning! We were very grateful for it, since as our stay was during a very hot stretch of summer. Highly recommend this property!

The rental property was beyond our expectation. The photos do not portray how great the place is. The kitchen is large and very well done; from the cabinets and counters to the floors. The house is very nicely decorated with moose theme throughout. Everything is top quality and there is plenty of space for a larger group. Bathrooms were both nicely done.
For us it was a convenient central location to not only visit the White Mountain and its many attractions but we were also close enough to travel to Maine, Vermont, and Boston Massachusetts on day trips. We came up after staying north of Boston and spent five nights in the place with plenty of time to explore. There were plenty of things for our nature loving family to see and do. Area is also great for families with younger children.
