The condo sleeps up to families of 10 with its one master bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 twins, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, state of the art stereo system, cable, a private jacuzzi tub and an open deck!
Waterville Valley is a special resort with many family activities. Just down the road from this condo enjoy Waterville Valley Recreation Department with many family fun events! Kids will love the summer camp program and receive a coupon from All Mountain Rentals for $20.00 off camp!! Great for ages 4-15! Other family events include the ice cream social, bingo, climbing wall, open gym, hikes and much more!!
Waterville Valley also offers a scenic 9 hole golf course and clay tennis courts with views all around! Or travel to the town square for shopping and dining. Also Bike Rentals, Inline skate rentals and year round ice arena found at Town Square. Or rent a boat at Corcoran's Pond. Sandy Beach and Swim raft as well! Enjoy entertainment and fireworks at the Town Square. Or let the kids have fun at the skate park.
Access to the White Mountain Athletic Club for $20 per person or $50 per family per day. Open daily from 8am to 8pm, the White Mountain Athletic Club offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam room, gym, weight room, and more!
For Winter enjoy the free shuttle to Waterville Ski Area or Tubing on the Golf Course. Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe trails as well!

Property was very nice, as pictured, comfortable beds. Clean and well maintained.

The town attracts many visitors in the winter months with alpine skiing at Waterville Valley Resort and many miles of trails for cross-country skiing. During the summer, attractions include a golf course, tennis courts, and a variety of hiking options. The Mad River flows through the town, providing great views all year round.
