Nestled within a 10-20 mile radius of three of the largest ski mountains in NH, this vacation rental is perfect for those seeking adventure and relaxation. The main floor features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a 3/4 bath. Relax in the charming living room, complete with a working wood stove that adds warmth and ambiance during colder months. Gather around the crackling fire and unwind with your loved ones after a day of outdoor activities. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up delicious meals and create lasting memories.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, both equipped with cozy pyramid beds, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, offering ample space for everyone.
Waterville Estates Recreation Center offers one complimentary guest pass per property. This pass allows you to have additional guests for a fee up to $20/day for adults and $10 for children 8-17.
This private home is also in a great location to explore the White Mountains. There are three golf courses within 30 minutes, as well as kayaking the local rivers. Plenty of hiking for all abilities, and in less than 30 minutes, be at many NH Attractions, including but not limited to Squam Science Center, Polar Caves, Lost River, Whale's Tale Waterpark, and Clark's Trading Post. A short drive to either Loon or Waterville Valley in less than 30 minutes to enjoy their year-round resorts with mountain bike rentals, zip lining, gondola rides, and much more!
**4-Wheel Drive Required for Winter Months- Roads are winding and steep**
Property can sleep up to 6 adults or families of 8.
The age minimum for all adult groups is 24.
Dogs are welcome with the owner's approval and an additional fee.

Association - Waterville Estates
Waterville Estates is located at the Gateway of the White Mountains and offers a Recreation Center with Pools, Hot Tubs and Sauna, and a ski mountain in the Winter! All of our Waterville Estates properties come with one complimentary pass to Recreation Center to use during their stay. Extra passes may be purchased through the Recreation Center for a daily fee. Children 7 & under are free.
