Main Level offers a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a Keurig. Breakfast Bar and Dining room looks out to the living room with a deck and patio furniture. 1/2 Bath on Main level as well. Walk up the stairs for the 2 bedrooms with a shared full Bathroom. Great for 1-2 families to enjoy Waterville Valley Resort
This Vacation Condo is close to the free shuttle pick-up to Waterville Ski Resort. During winter, enjoy the Nordic Center with plenty of cross country trails for skate and classic skiing. Sleigh rides in the Town Square and Dog Sled events! Plenty of snowshoeing around the valley as well. For Summer enjoy the 9 hole golf course, clay tennis courts, hiking, and walking for all abilities! Hang at Corcoran's Pond for swimming and boat rentals. Catch some trout in the Mad River. Bike and in-line skate rentals are available at the Town Square. You can also walk to the shared pool right from your Windsor Hill Condo!
At the White Mountain Athletic Club, your guest membership gives you access to an indoor pool and newly installed outdoor pool, cardio room, weight room, game room, indoor tennis, and racquetball courts, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, and more for a fee of $20/Individual per day or $50/day for a family.
And year-round enjoy the shopping and dining at the Town Square, special events with live music and fireworks! Recreation Department offers Ice Cream Socials, Bingo Night, Open Gym, Basketball, and Climbing Wall. Check out their weekly events calendar for activities for all ages!

I called to report that the dryer hose was not attached to the vent. Someone was sent over the next day to try to fix.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. I have a few things we observed during our stay and just want to point out in order to give constructive feedback. It was nice to be able to bring our dog on vacation. I do think more people in the complex need to be responsible for their dogs and pick up after them. It was nice surprise to have a Keurig coffee maker, but it would be helpful to know this was available in order to bring the k-cups. Also, as mentioned in #23 the hose to the dryer is too short so the maintenance person was not able to secure the hose to the vent. Therefore, we were not able to utilize the laundry facility. We were not aware there was no access to the Athletic Facility. It was very disappointing to my children who were looking to swim during their vacation. The glass table in the dining area tips at the slightest touch. We were nervous we would break it while playing cards or eating. Also curtains for the living room slider would be great for privacy and also when someone utilizes the sleep sofa. The updated kitchen and bathrooms was a definite plus. Again, we enjoyed our stay we just wanted to give you our feedback on these few things.

We love WV and have been coming up on Thanksgiving break for the last 16 years. We have split time between units in TS and homes at WV Estates. The units/homes that are on the rental market are similar, with this unit ranking somewhere in the middle.

Waterville Valley is the 4 season resort at the end of the road. The Gateway to the White Mountains, Waterville Valley NH offers many activities for the entire family. The town attracts many visitors in the winter months with alpine skiing at Waterville Valley Resort and many miles of trails for cross-country skiing. During the summer, attractions include a golf course, tennis courts, and a variety of hiking options. The Mad River flows through the town, providing great views all year round.
