Two bedroom plus loft Pet-Friendly Vacation Condo in Waterville Estates. Drive up to Condo and park to left. Enter Door and go up steps to this unit. Here you'll find a fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker and Dishwasher. Master Bedroom off of this area with a King size bed and 1/2 bath in Washer/Dryer Room. Snuggle up to the cozy woodstove in the living room. Deck with patio furniture off of Living Room to breath in the White Mountain Air! The upstairs private loft bedroom has a King (2 twins pushed together) and a Twin. Other bedroom offers a Full and a Twin with a shared full bath making this ideal for families!
Waterville Estates Recreation Center offers one complimentary guest pass per property. This pass allows you to have additional guests for a fee up to $20/day for adults and $10 for children 8-17.
For the winter Campton Mountain just down the road which has a double chair, tow rope and lodge with food, drinks and weekend entertainment! Affordable, open for night skiing on weekends and holidays weather permitting. Enjoy the outdoor ice skating pond as well as some cross country ski trails. Included are 1 passes to the Waterville Estates Community Center which is within walking distance. After a day on the mountain, you can relax in the heated indoor pools or soak in the hot tub with a view. The Community center also has a sauna, game room, exercise/weight room and a pub. This condo is only 10 minutes to Waterville Valley and is less than 30 minutes from several other alpine skiing mountains including Loon Mountain Resort and Cannon Mountain. If you are brave and enjoy winter hiking or other snow sports, you could try snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, fat bikes or even winter zip lining.
Summer brings many attractions with the swimming pond, walking trails, tennis, basketball, playground and outdoor pool with several patio seats! Several NH Attractions within 30 minutes including Polar Caves in Plymouth, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Dinner Train, Ziplining and Waterville Valley's several outdoor events and fireworks.
Dogs are welcome with the owner's approval and an additional fee. A full size sheet will be provided to put on couch. No cats.

We had a lovely time! Birthday + skiing @ Waterville. The discount on lift tickets I got from Max was pretty substantial - $70ish instead of the $105 listed on Waterville Valley's website - so that was really nice. I wish I could've used the equipment rental discount as well, but didn't have a means of transporting the skis, so I had to rent at Waterville Valley instead of in town. Even without the discount, the shops in town appeared to be a much better deal on rental equipment. Skiing at Waterville Valley, dinner at Campton Mt. ski lodge, pool at Waterville Estates rec center, had a coffee at Chase St. Market in Plymouth, did a hike from Smarts Brook trailhead, bought local eggs from a guy named Carl in West Campton, drove across Blair Bridge.

I found the rental on AirBNB and was contacted by All Mountain Rentals. They were very knowledgeable about the area and familiar with the rental unit. Upon checking in, we were greeted by the ladies in office, our paperwork was all prepared and it took no time at all. The directions provided were perfect.

The condo was perfect for a couple's weekend away. The view from the balcony was great with all of fall colors. The condo was very clean and neat. All the kitchen items we needed were there. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was wonderful.

All of our Waterville Estates properties come with one complimentary pass to Recreation Center to use during their stay. Extra passes may be purchased through the Recreation Center for a daily fee. Children 7 & under are free.
