With one king bed in each bedroom plus a twin sleeper sofa, this home accommodates up to four adults or families of five. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with a flat screen TV and easy access to the large full bathroom with luxurious soaking tub and tile shower.
SPECIAL NOTE: Will be a 3rd bedroom with 1/2 bath added to the lower level allowing up to families of 7 or 6 adults. Note below.
The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, a butler's pantry with a coffee station and Keurig coffee maker, open concept dining area leading from the kitchen into the spacious living room with large leather sophas and a flat screen TV. A small den off the living room is furnished with a desk, chair, and twin sleeper sofa to provide a quiet place to work from home or extra sleeping space for a child. Spacious bathroom with newly updated sink, shower, and fixtures on the ground floor for easy access.
Ideally located just a couple miles off of I-93 at the gateway to the White Mountains, this home is the perfect base for exploring all that the White Mountains have to offer. Enjoy a round of golf or dine at Campton's finest restaurant - Panorama Six82 - at the renowned Owl's Nest Resort and Golf Club just down the road. Drive 20 minutes to Lincoln, home to Loon Mountain as well as many shops, restaurants, and recreation activities. Take a scenic drive down the Kankamangus Highway, explore Waterville Valley Resort and Town Square about 15 minutes away, or venture out on one of the many hiking, biking, snow shoe, and cross country trails in the area.
